NCL are delighted to have received practical completion for this refurbishment project in Effingham, Surrey.  The Aurora Group have already commenced setting up the building as a SEN school in advance of the school opening date in February 2022.  A very challenging but rewarding project and what a transformation from the redundant building we commenced work in a few months ago. Thanks to Nick West, Aurora Estates Director for the overall vision, E-gg Architects for the creative design, Archway Building Consultancy for their excellent project management skills and Xentos Consultants for their energy in maintaining the construction and financial management of site operations.  

We hope the building provides a great learning facility for the Aurora Group.
