Fairfax & Favor Logistics Office

As Fairfax and Favor continued to expand their operations, they engaged NCL Contractors to provide new office facilities for their logistics and operations department. The new two-storey office was located within their recently acquired warehouse in Snetterton, replacing their previous location at Narford Hall. The office was constructed from a structural steel frame and purlins, with a chipboard floor, dry-lined partitions, and fire-rated internal screens, all installed in a live warehouse environment, with minimal disruption.

NCL Contractors worked closely with building control and the fire engineer to ensure that the building met the latest regulations for a building within a building. The result was a modern and safe workspace for the Fairfax and Favor team. NCL Contractors also collaborated with the client team to ensure that the office space was of high quality and provided a comfortable and inspiring environment for staff to work in and enjoy, whilst meeting their budget expectations.

The new facilities include office space, meeting and training rooms, kitchenettes, and WC facilities. Additionally, staff locker rooms and breakout spaces were incorporated into the design, providing a place for employees to relax during their workday. The new office facilities have allowed Fairfax and Favor to continue their growth as a company, whilst also providing a functional and enjoyable workspace for their staff. NCL Contractors' expertise in construction and close collaboration with the client team resulted in the successful delivery of a high-quality office space that met the specific requirements of Fairfax and Favor whilst being completed on time.
