NCL converted an existing HSBC bank and office space back into a Cat 1 office space for Dencora to let.
NCL replaced several windows, carried out masonry repairs and cleaned the facade and car park. Internally the office space was put back to it's original open plan form, with upgrades carried out to the lighting and ventilation systems to bring them in line with the Client's environmental targets.
